This can create resentment, miscommunication, and even tension in our professional and personal relationships. While anxiety and sadness are emotions we all experience in life, therapy can be vital when these emotions are having a negative impact on your life. If you are noticing anxiety or depression limiting you at work, school, or socially, you are likely dealing with more than just the emotions of daily life. Life isn’t supposed to be THIS hard. We’d like to help.

Medicine is a common intervention used to help clients as they deal with anxiety and depression. As therapists, we are unable to prescribe medicine but we are able to explore your thoughts on medicine and if we see the value that it could bring to your healing. If you decide that medicine is a route for you, our clinicians will provide you with a list of referrals who can help get you prescriptions.
